How long does delivery take across India?

Ready-stock pieces are dispatched within 2-4 business days. Delivery is typically 2-4 days for Mumbai (PIN 400/401), 3-5 days across Maharashtra, and 5-8 days for the rest of India. You can check the exact estimated date for your PIN code on any product page before ordering.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Every order ships free and fully insured across India. The price you see on the product page is the final price - there are no delivery charges or surprise additions at checkout. Cash on Delivery is the one exception: it carries a handling fee of 12% of the order value (minimum Rs 49), and the exact amount is shown before you confirm.

How do I track my order?

Once your parcel is handed to the courier you get a tracking link on both WhatsApp and email. You can also track anytime from the Track Orders page using your phone number and order ID, or from your account if you are signed in.

Do you ship outside India?

Not at the moment. We currently deliver only within India. Follow us on Instagram for announcements about international shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major debit and credit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay - we never see or store your card details.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, COD is available on orders up to Rs 2,000. It carries a handling fee of 12% of the order value (minimum Rs 49) which covers what the courier charges us to collect and remit cash - paying online avoids it entirely. We verify COD orders with a quick OTP on your phone number to prevent fake orders, and a maximum of 3 COD orders per phone number per day applies.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID as soon as possible and we will cancel it and refund any online payment. Once a parcel is handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled.

Will I get an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A confirmation email with your full order summary is sent immediately after checkout, and a printed invoice is included inside your parcel.

What is your return policy?

Because jewellery is a personal-wear, hygiene-sensitive product that is individually inspected and sealed before dispatch, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, any manufacturing defect or transit damage is repaired or replaced free of charge. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Film a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened - this is the only accepted proof for a damage or defect claim. Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and we will arrange a free repair or replacement.

Is the jewellery hallmarked gold?

Accepted Answer

No. Saubhagya makes premium handcrafted imitation (fashion) jewellery - brass and alloy bases with micron gold plating, kundan, polki, American Diamond and semi-precious stone work. It is not solid gold and is not sold as such. That is exactly what lets you wear heritage-grade designs at a fraction of gold prices.

How long does the gold plating last?

With proper care, our micron plating holds its finish for years of occasion wear. Plating life depends mostly on contact with perfume, sweat, water and cosmetics - see our Jewellery Care Guide for the routine that makes the biggest difference.

Will it cause skin irritation or turn my skin green?

Accepted Answer

The gold plating acts as a barrier between the base metal and your skin, so an intact finish is what keeps a piece comfortable to wear. Most reactions people experience with fashion jewellery happen once the plating has worn through - which is why avoiding perfume, water and damp storage matters. If you have a known metal sensitivity, message us before ordering and we will tell you what a specific piece is made of.

Can I wear it in water, or while sleeping?

No. Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Water, chlorine, sweat and friction are the fastest way to wear through gold plating. Jewellery should always be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

How should I store my jewellery?

Accepted Answer

Keep each piece in its own soft pouch or a lined box compartment, away from air and moisture. Never store two pieces loose together - they scratch each other. Silica gel sachets in your jewellery box help a lot in humid Indian weather.

Do you make custom or bridal sets to order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bridal sets can be made to order with a 10-14 day production window. Message us on WhatsApp with your design reference, budget and event date and we will share options.
