We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to fulfil your order and improve your experience.

Data we collect & purpose
- Account: name, email, phone, password (hashed) - to identify you and let you sign in.
- Order & delivery: shipping address, PIN, order items - to fulfil and ship your order.
- Payment: handled entirely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
- Communication: messages you send us (email, WhatsApp) - to answer your query.
- Usage: Google Analytics collects pages viewed and device type - only if you accept analytics cookies.
Legal basis
We rely on your explicit consent (given at the cookie banner and sign-up/checkout checkboxes) and on legitimate performance of a contract you initiate (your order). Marketing emails are sent only if you tick the marketing-consent box.
Sharing
Order data is shared with Shiprocket (logistics), Razorpay (payment) and Resend (transactional email) strictly to complete your order. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
Retention
Account and order records are kept for 7 years for tax and audit compliance. Marketing-consent flag is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights (DPDPA)
You have the right to access, correct, update or erase your data, withdraw consent, and to nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.
