Returns & exchanges (change of mind)
Jewellery is a personal-wear, hygiene-sensitive product. For the safety of every customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind — this ensures you never receive a piece that has already been worn or tried on by someone else. Every order is individually inspected and sealed before dispatch. Orders can still be cancelled before dispatch (see below).
Defect Claim Window
Manufacturing defects claimed within 48 hours of delivery with a continuous unboxing video are repaired or replaced free of cost. Beyond 48 hours, defect claims cannot be accepted. Refunds for verified defects (when repair or replacement is not possible) are processed to the original payment method within 7 – 10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by writing to [email protected] with the order number. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
