Round floral rosettes, each with a single kemp stone at its centre, form the collar of this set instead of the usual mango links. The pendant is wide and chandbali-shaped, with Lakshmi seated between two peacocks over a sunflower base. It reads as more ornate than the mango-link designs and photographs beautifully, which is why brides pick it for the reception rather than the ceremony. Comes with matching jhumkas. Antique matte gold finish over Zamak alloy. This variant hangs entirely on white pearl drops, which lightens the look considerably and makes it the easiest of the three to wear with pastel or ivory outfits.

How long will delivery take?

Every order is dispatched within 2–4 business days. After that the courier takes 2–4 days within Mumbai, 3–5 days across Maharashtra and 5–8 days to the rest of India. Delivery is free anywhere in India, and the delivery checker on this page gives the date for your PIN code.

What is the return policy?

Because jewellery is worn against the skin, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind - every piece is inspected and sealed before dispatch, so nothing you receive has been worn by anyone else. If it arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, message us within 3 days of delivery: with a continuous, unedited unboxing video for transit damage, or clear photos for a manufacturing defect, and we will repair or replace it free. If a repair or replacement is not possible, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You can cancel any order before it is dispatched.

Is this real gold?

No, and we would rather say so plainly. This is imitation jewellery - a Zamak zinc-alloy body, precision-cast and high gold-plated, with the stones hand-set. Made to look like the real thing at a fraction of the price. It carries no hallmark and is not sold as precious metal.

Will the colour come off?

Not with reasonable care. The finish lasts longest if you put the necklace on last - after perfume, hairspray and moisturiser - take it off before bathing, swimming or sleeping, and keep it in a dry pouch away from other metal.

Is cash on delivery available?

On most pin codes, yes. The checkout checks your pin code against the courier network and tells you before you pay, so you will know either way before you commit to the order. Cash on Delivery carries a handling fee, shown at checkout before you confirm; paying online has no extra charge.

Styling the Lakshmi Floral Rosette temple haar

By Dayasingh Chauhan, Saubhagya Jewellery · Updated

Instead of the usual mango links, this collar is made of round floral rosettes, each with a single kemp stone at its heart. The wide pendant carries Lakshmi between two peacocks over a sunflower base.

The rosette and the sunflower

Flowers are offered at every South Indian temple, and a row of rosettes is a way of wearing that offering. The sunflower under Lakshmi turns towards the light, and the chandbali-shaped pendant spreads that brightness wide across the chest.

What to wear it with

Because the design is rich, pair it with a saree that is deep in colour but calm in pattern: a solid Kanjeevaram, a Banarasi with a simple body, or a heavy lehenga with a plain dupatta. A round or sweetheart neckline gives the wide pendant room. This colour hangs white pearl drops along the fringe, which lightens the look considerably. It is the easiest of the three with pastel, ivory, peach and powder-blue outfits.

When it works best

Brides often keep this one for the reception, because it photographs so well under stage lights. It is just as good at a sangeet or a family festival where you want to look fully dressed up.
